Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger reinstated Independents Cornel West and Claudia De la Cruz, and Green Party candidate Jill Stein, on Georgia’s presidential ballot, overruling a prior ruling by an administrative judge.

Democrats are considering appealing the decision, arguing that the candidates didn’t comply with specific state election laws. Raffensperger said the candidates met both state law and court precedents.

Georgia voters will choose from Donald Trump, West, De la Cruz, Stein, Kamala Harris, and Libertarian Chase Oliver, marking the first time since 1948 state voters have had more than four presidential options.

Two former Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, who won a $148 million defamation verdict against Rudy Giuliani, are seeking a court order to seize his assets, including cash, jewelry, and properties.

They also filed a federal lawsuit accusing Giuliani of falsely claiming his Florida property as a primary residence to protect it from creditors.

These actions follow a judge’s dismissal of Giuliani’s bankruptcy case, allowing Freeman and Moss to pursue his assets as major creditors.
