Jolene Jolene, Atlanta’s first women’s sports bar, officially opened on July 4 as part of a residency at Pullman Yards in Kirkwood, offering a community-focused venue for fans to watch women’s national and international sports.

The sports bar will operate five days a week, Wednesday to Sunday.

The space will accommodate the rising popularity of Women’s sports in America. Earlier this week, the WNBA announced expansion teams in Detroit, Cleveland, and Philadelphia.

“There’s not a place like this. There’s not a place for women’s sports, for women’s sports fans to gather, and celebrate, and trash talk, and strategize, and dream, and that doesn’t exist here [in Atlanta],” said Jolene Jolene owner Chelsea Fishman.
