Own The Flyover

If You’re Still on the Fence—Here’s What You Need to Know

Since opening The Flyover to reader ownership, we’ve experienced exceptional growth—and it’s because of you, our readers, and our early investors.

Just look at what our community has accomplished in just a few months:
📈 Texas is closing in on 500,000 readers
🌴 Florida is up 32% since our crowdfunding began
🌵 Arizona has grown more than 30% this month
🌄 Colorado is up nearly 20% and now has over 100,000 readers
🏈 Ohio has nearly doubled, jumping from 28,000 to over 50,000 readers since October 1
🎧 The Flyover Podcast is approaching 400,000 monthly listeners

Across all Flyover editions, that’s 350,000 new readers added in the last month alone.

All of this growth—every milestone—was made possible by our investors.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, now is your moment. Don’t get left behind or let this opportunity pass.

How Do You Get a Return on Your Investment?

We believe in transparency. Like any investment, there’s risk—but The Flyover reached profitability after just two years, with 80% gross margins and 24% net income. That places us among the top 1% of media startups in America.

Here’s how your investment could create a real return:

  1. Sale: A larger media company or strategic partner could acquire The Flyover. If that day comes, we’ll only partner with those who share our values.
  2. Public Listing: We could one day go public, giving you the freedom to buy and sell your shares.
  3. Profit Distributions (Dividends): Because we’re already profitable, future dividends are a real possibility.

These are the same paths that have rewarded early investors in other successful startups—and they’re all possible because of the momentum you’ve helped build.

If you’ve been on the fence, now is the time to invest.

Join the movement that’s reshaping how Americans get their news.

More than 1 million Georgians temporarily lost access to food stamp benefits starting Saturday due to the partial federal government shutdown.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said benefits could restart as early as Wednesday after courts authorized emergency spending, a move backed by the White House.

The pause sent families to food pantries in places such as Macon, where Mission to Bless Food Pantry served roughly 110 families on Saturday.

Gov. Brian Kemp urged U.S. Senate Democrats to end their block of a simple federal funding extension. Senate Democrats demand increased Affordable Care Act subsidies.

Some called for the use of state funds to help fund food stamps, with Kemp and other state officials citing technical challenges with that option.

Georgia remained at No. 5 in the AP college football poll after rallying late to edge Florida 24-20 on Saturday in Jacksonville.

It was the third time this season the Bulldogs won an SEC game after trailing in the fourth quarter. “That’s the way we like it: down to the wire every time!” offensive coordinator Mike Bobo said.

Georgia improved to 7-1 with its fifth straight win over the Gators and next travels to Mississippi State for a matchup at noon Saturday.

In Saturday’s game, Georgia quarterback Gunner Stockton led a 7-play, 82-yard go-ahead drive after the team made a critical fourth-down stop with under 8 minutes left.

Article Icon 1Perfect Season Ends

Georgia Tech fell to No. 14 from No. 7 in the AP college football poll following a 48-36 loss at NC State on Saturday that also ended the team’s undefeated season.

The Yellow Jackets gave up 583 yards and trailed nearly the entire game.

Heisman Trophy contender Haynes King threw for 408 yards and two touchdowns while running for 103 yards and two more scores.

Now 8-1, Georgia Tech joins a chaotic ACC logjam that could leave the conference with just one college football playoff bid.

Unknown Number Calling? It’s Not Random

The BBC caught scam call center workers on hidden cameras as they laughed at the people they were tricking. One worker bragged about making $250K from victims. The disturbing truth? Scammers don’t pick phone numbers at random. They buy your data from brokers.

Once your data is out there, it’s not just calls. It’s phishing, impersonation, and identity theft. That’s why we recommend Incogni: They delete your info from the web, monitor and follow up automatically, and continue to erase data as new risks appear.
