Article Icon 1Trump Campaigns before Christian and Conservative Groups

Former President Donald Trump made two campaign appearances in Middle Georgia on Wednesday, beginning with the Believers and Ballots Town Hall in Zebulon, where Lt. Gov. Burt Jones moderated audience questions.

Trump emphasized the importance of religious freedom and parental rights, pledging to uphold these principles if re-elected.

On foreign policy, he pointed to past accomplishments, including relocating the U.S. embassy in Israel to Jerusalem and exiting the Iran nuclear deal.

Later, Trump addressed a conservative audience at an event hosted by Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point Action, where he urged the crowd to vote early or in person. He was joined by several supporters, including Tulsi Gabbard, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and Tucker Carlson.

The Georgia Secretary of State’s Office confirmed on Wednesday that it had thwarted a coordinated cyberattack on Oct. 14.

The attack was directed against the state’s absentee voter website, flooding it with over 420,000 access attempts from countries like Indonesia, Brazil, and the U.S.

The Secretary of State’s Office noted that the attack, which occurred just before the voter registration deadline, was likely driven by automated bots to test vulnerabilities in the system.

The cyber team quickly implemented a “human verification” interface to block the attack, ensuring that the site experienced only minor slowdowns.

While the origin of the attack remains unclear, officials suspect it could have been a probing attempt by foreign actors or entities acting on their behalf.

Article Icon 1 ‘Jailbots’ Serving as Prison Guards

Cobb County is conducting a 90-day pilot program with three “jailbots” at its adult detention center, focusing on surveillance, head counts, and threat detection.

Sheriff Craig Owens said the robots will act as initial eyes and ears for deputies, helping prevent injuries and addressing staffing shortages.

The trial divides the robots’ time between indoor and outdoor patrols. If the program succeeds, it plans to equip them with non-lethal tools like Tasers.

Owens emphasized that the pilot program is currently at no cost to the county, and future investments will depend on the robots demonstrating their value.

Brace yourself… because you may end up throwing out a lot of the food in your fridge after you finish reading today’s email.

Maryland physician Dr. Brian Paris says many so-called “health foods” actually cause sore, stiff joints that make people miserable.

“If you’re in constant, chronic, excruciating agony and don’t feel well, it has to do with what you’re eating… and just as important… what you’re not eating but should eat,” says Dr. Paris.

Dr. Paris found certain foods marketed as being healthy… actually contain a toxic nutrient your immune system sees as the enemy.

So, every time you take a bite of one of these foods… your immune system unleashes its “army” to attack this nutrient.

And since this nutrient enters your bloodstream once it’s digested… your immune system starts attacking even healthy tissue and organs… causing burning in your joints and muscles.

The good news is… this problem is EASY to fix.

“You don’t have to completely change your diet. Just eliminating these 5 foods from your diet – including a certain kind of vegetable – will do wonders for your life,” he says.
