Own The Flyover

We’re So Close. This Is the Moment.

We’re entering the final stretch of our campaign to reach 2,000 reader-investors, and we’re closer than ever. Eleven days ago, we set out with a simple but ambitious goal: prove that everyday Americans—not corporations or political machines—can build a trustworthy, independent newsroom together.

Today, we’re within striking distance.

If you’ve been thinking about investing…If you’ve been waiting for the right moment…
If you’ve wondered whether your contribution truly matters… This is that moment.
Every new investor helps strengthen something rare in American media: a reader-owned outlet committed to honesty, fairness, and fact-first reporting. Reaching 2,000 investors means more state editions, and more accountability—without compromising our independence.

We are so close to showing the country that a different kind of media company can exist—and thrive. But we can’t finish this without you.

If The Flyover has earned your trust, we hope you’ll take that final step with us.

Trump, who recently withdrew his endorsement of longtime ally Greene, won the district in the 2024 presidential race with 68% of the vote. Greene won re-election with 64%.

The Charlotte 49ers won’t leave empty-handed if they lose their college football matchup against heavily favored Georgia on Saturday in Athens.

The North Carolina school will collect a $1.9 million payout for the game, its largest ever. Major college programs often pay smaller programs to help fill out their regular-season schedules.

Georgia will use its final regular-season home game to honor its seniors, whom coach Kirby Smart called a “tremendous group.”
