FanDuel Sports Network has announced that it will close its Atlanta area offices at Colony Square and Doraville, resulting in 74 employees being laid off.

The layoff process is scheduled to begin on April 14.

The decision comes after the Atlanta Braves, along with eight other MLB teams, terminated their broadcast deal with the company.

The Braves ended their deal with FanDuel Sports Network after the parent company, Main Street Sports Group, failed to make scheduled rights payments.

The City of Atlanta approved an ordinance requiring push-button door activators at primary, street-facing entrances of most new or renovated buildings to improve accessibility for people with mobility challenges.

“Passing this is such an important step toward making sure that as Atlanta grows, we’re doing so in a way that expands accessibility for everyone,” states District 2 Councilmember Kelsea Bond.

It remains unclear what the ordinance means for existing buildings.

The new mandate immediately goes into effect.

Owners who contact The Stonegate Firm are often stunned to learn their so-called “investment” has no real market value. What was sold as an asset has quietly become a long-term financial liability, draining money year after year with no exit in sight.

Contracts That Last A Lifetime (And Beyond)

Some timeshare contracts are written to last forever, with no natural end date. That means owners could be responsible for rising fees for life, and in some cases, the burden can even be passed down to their children. Instead of offering flexibility, these contracts trap families in obligations they never expected. What once seemed like a vacation plan quickly turns into a generational financial strain.

With years of proven legal expertise, Stonegate has become a trusted leader in timeshare exits.
