Own The Flyover

Join the Movement—Invest in The Flyover

We launched The Flyover to build something rare in American media—a newsroom focused on facts and real stories, not political narratives and biased reporting.

We’re now about halfway to our investment goal, thanks to more than 1,540 readers who have invested in our mission of independent, reader-driven journalism.

If you are an investor, thank you.

If you are not, I hope you will consider joining your fellow readers.

Before I focus on bringing in new investors, I would like to offer you, our readers, a special opportunity to be part of this next chapter. You’ve been with us from the start. You understand why The Flyover is needed—and I’d rather grow with you by my side than rely on outside investors who don’t share our values.

Making Investing More Accessible

That’s why I’ve asked our legal counsel to lower the minimum investment to $500—to make ownership in The Flyover accessible to more of the people who built it: you, our readers.

Why Invest in The Flyover

  1. Independent journalism matters. We answer to readers, not advertisers, political activists, or corporate boards.
  2. Our audience is soaring. From a kitchen-table startup to over 3.3 million readers nationwide, The Flyover is among the top 1% of fastest-growing media startups in America.
  3. We’re delivering results. Since our first investor round, readership has grown 27%, while maintaining a strong gross profit margin and expanding our reporting reach.
  4. You’re investing in trust. Nearly every dollar goes directly toward expansion and innovation—maintaining the fact-first, unbiased approach too often abandoned by legacy media.
  5. Return on your investment. As The Flyover continues its positive trajectory, there are several ways readers–turned–investors could benefit in the future: through a sale of the company, a public listing, or dividend distributions. While none of these are guaranteed, they reflect potential outcomes if our growth continues on its current path.

Owning a part of The Flyover is special. And even though it’s much more complicated and requires additional work for us to manage a larger group of smaller investors, I have instructed our attorney to proceed anyway. Because I want to partner with you, our readers.

If you’ve been on the fence, now is the time to invest.

Will you be part of the movement that changes the way Americans consume their news?

The report cited the state’s high rate of inappropriate prescriptions and nursing home pressure sores, as well as poor self-reported health concerns among seniors.

The analysis also flagged elevated levels of loneliness, mobility issues, and food insecurity among the state’s elderly.

The state agency that oversees Medicare declined to comment.

General Motors said closing its Georgia Innovation Center in Roswell will result in about 325 layoffs.

The tech center opened in 2013 and houses about 900 workers, according to the company’s website.

Some employees will work remotely, while others will be offered jobs in cities such as Austin, Texas, and Warren, Michigan.

The closure will take place by the end of the year, part of a national restructuring of its IT workforce, the company said.

Article Icon 1Hawks Off to Slow Start

Defensive struggles and poor rebounding plague the Atlanta Hawks at the start of the NBA season, with the team losing two straight to fall to 1-3.

The team let a winnable game slip away Monday, losing 128-123 to the Chicago Bulls despite strong showings from Kristaps Porzingis and Jalen Johnson.

Star guard Trae Young, off to an uneven start, said he looks for the team to improve as its veterans and newcomers get more comfortable playing together.

Atlanta dropped three places to No. 15 in one analyst’s latest NBA power rankings.
